A Victorian Sci-fi Love, new erotic/romance novella by Leni Remedios

Available on Amazon in digital version, my novella A Victorian Sci-fi Love is a strange mix of science fiction, romance and erotic literature.

While you’re waiting for The Prince, a story of power and sexual ambiguity in the Middle Ages, allow yourself to indulge in the love story between William and Violet, described in the short story A Victorian Sci-fi Love.

"Thanks to a psychedelic induced time travel experience, William goes back to the late nineteenth century and witnesses the coming of age of another William, a smart orphan who developed a platonic love towards his guardian, the independent and hot-headed Violet Buchanan. The story unfolds between contemporary England and the Victorian English countryside. Where will the two Williams' feelings lead to?"

THE MAKING OF WILLIAM, Coming of Age through Exploring Erotic Energy
During the making of A Victorian Sci-fi Love, I realised that I was exploring new paths. The creative process is something that is completely out of your control. And that is the most fascinating aspect of being a writer. Characters appear in your mind, like embryos, and once you start outlining them onto paper, they take a life of their own. Unconsciously, I was building up a character with traits that I had never dealt with before.
William is a happy mind born and raised in a very hostile environment. Abandoned by his own family when he was a baby, raised in a gloomy Victorian orphanage, his destiny as a young man seems to be marked. Unlike other boys of his age though, he manages to find his way through the sludge that surrounds him, and a premature, joyous awakening to sex, in an era of prudery and conservatism, only helps in speeding up his blooming. The encounter with Violet, an independent mature woman, strong-headed yet naïve when it comes to feelings, will inevitably open the gate to a new world.
